Hello! My name is Malissa Irdina binti Mohamad Mustakim. I'm a Year 3 student, from PISMP TESL 1 2021-2026. You will about to read my plan to develop myself from a school teacher to a school inspector. I do not expect an easy journey, as an educator has a big responsibility to deliver a quality education to the young generations. But with honest and hard work, I believe that I can develop my potential to be a good leader to society.
