My Career Development Plan

Hello! My name is Malissa Irdina binti Mohamad Mustakim. I'm a Year 3 student, from PISMP TESL 1 2021-2026. You will about to read my plan to develop myself from a school teacher to a school inspector. I do not expect an easy journey, as an educator has a big responsibility to deliver a quality education to the young generations. But with honest and hard work, I believe that I can develop my potential to be a good leader to society. This blog is about my plan of career development to become a school inspector under the Ministry of Education of Malaysia (MoE). My plan to become a school inspector is inspired by the desire to ensure that school institutions and teachers achieve the standards of education based on MoE's vision and mission. Pengalaman pertama sebagai guru praktikum

Bukak je sem baru, Tahun 3 Semester 1...terus guru-guru pelatih hadiri taklimat persediaan praktikum selama seminggu. Sekolah untuk praktikum dah dipilih pada sem sebelumnya lagi, jadi urusan penempatan sudah selesai. Saya pilih sekolah yang dekat-dekat je...tak payah bangun awal sangat 😗 Taklimat tu banyak bincang pasal etika dan kelakuan yang sepatutnya para guru pelatih ni amalkan and buat revision balik tentang cara-cara nak buat lesson plan, tulis lesson objectives macam mana, bbm (bahan bantu mengajar) yang kitorang boleh guna etc. Jadual kitorang full dari pagi sampai petang. Nervous sebenarnya sebab ni pertama kali nak masuk mengajar betul2 dalam kelas😣. Masa PBS (pengalaman berasaskan sekolah) dulu just ronda2 sekolah and interview cikgu2 je. Akhirnya tibalah hari Isnin yang dinanti-nantikan, hari pertama praktikum di sekolah. Buat pertama kalinya setelah sekian lama...aku bangun pukul 5.30 pagi. Dah bersiap apa semua, aku pun pergi ambik partner praktikum aku kat rumah sewa...
